HOOX is based in New York, NY, with offices in Flatiron. This role is an in-person role, coming to the office Tuesday to Thursday.

About The Role:
This role aims to be the main point of contact for our clients by providing oversight and help to create high performing and visually stunning landing pages.

Required Experience:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail industries and the various advertising platforms used to drive traffic (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong relationship building techniques
  • Experience with project management and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Based in the New York City office (Tuesday to Thursday)
  • Familiarity with landing page tools such as Unbounce, Replo, Shopify, etc.

Responsibilities + Ownership:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Copywriters, Designers, and Development Teams to build out client strategies and deliver the best landing pages on the planet
  • Achieve a successful landing page on-time delivery rate of 95%, as measured by the percentage of projects completed on time and to client satisfaction, resulting in increased client retention and revenue
  • Finish each week with 0 unanswered questions from clients
  • Achieve a client satisfaction score of at least 9 out of 10, as reported through regular client feedback surveys.
  • Achieve a client retention rate of at least 30%, as measured by the percentage of clients who renew their contracts with the agency
  • Effectively communicate HOOX processes to clients
