Account Mgmt Executive - BH/EAP
Location: WFH – Remote

How you will make an impact
Responsible for managing and coordinating account service activities as the primary customer contact for retention of large complex Local, ANA, Behavioral Health Resource, Behavioral Health, and Consultant based custom business (IHM, MHA). Independent development of Sales and retention strategy for assigned customers, market segments and or geographic areas. Assists in the development and launching of new services, products, and programs. Typical group size is 10,000 and larger.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Defines and oversees the execution of account management and retention strategy for a defined book of accounts, geographic area, and or market segment.
Identifies opportunities for penetration and up- sales.
Supports pursuit of new business opportunities either directly with a broker/consultant or potential client, or through a team approach with field office sales staff.
Responsible for growing company business within existing accounts.
Provides support for field sales staff with RFI, and RFP responses, proposals, client presentations, and underwriting coordination on new business sales opportunities.
Develops effective business relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision makers to meet or exceed new and renewal sales targets.
Responsible for managing the annual renewal process for accounts, including underwriting negotiation, preparation of renewal analysis, and client presentations.
Coordinates and controls new business implementation activities.
Works directly with Sales Account Representatives/Account Service Representatives to assure that all aspects of account service run smoothly.
Provides leadership for junior staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BS; 10 years of experience in account management and or sales: or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Capabilities, Skills and Experiences:
Account Management experience preferred.
6+ years Management experience in a Behavioral Health environment or within an Employee Assistance Program
Current unrestricted license such as (but not limited to) LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Professional Counselor preferred.
Managed Care experience is strongly preferred.
Master’s degree preferred.
10-20% traveled possible.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $97,280 to $175,104.
